Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company grants to Client a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right for Client's authorized employees, agents, representatives, consultants, and contractors ("Authorized Users") to access and use the Services described in an applicable Order Form during the Term for Client's internal business purposes only.
The Site and Application, as well as all content therein, including but not limited to text, images, software, concepts, methods, technology, and any other information, are owned by us or our licensors. All rights not specifically granted to Client hereunder are reserved by Company.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display and view the Site or Application on your personal computer or mobile device, and to print any visible and printable pages without any modification. You may not otherwise modify, adapt, translate, compile, reverse engineer, reverse compile, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, upload or otherwise use or access any part of the Site or Application in any other way unless with our explicit written consent.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations and does not infringe upon the rights of others. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
